BLOTTER; Two males were observed on scooters riding recklessly by running stop signs and going faster than the maximum 25
mph. The males, upon seeing me, split two different directions. The male that I did stop stated that he did not know who the
scooter belonged to. Due to all the scooter thefts the scooter was taken to GPD garage.
