TRANSPO offering free rides for Kamm Island Fest

The South Bend Public Transportation Corporation (TRANSPO) has partnered with the Mishawaka Business Association to promote public transportation by offering free rides to those attending the 10th Annual Kamm Island Fest on Wednesday, July 24, 2013.

The free rides on TRANSPO will be available from 4:00 p.m. through the end of service on Wednesday. In order to be eligible for a free ride to the event, attendees must show their Kamm Island Fest ticket. On the return ride, attendees must show the wristband they received at Kamm Island. Route maps and schedules are available online at www.sbtranspo.com or www.facebook.com/SBTRANSPO.

Kamm Island Fest is from 5:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. and features an evening of music, art and vintage car show. Local Mishawaka restaurants will have food and beverages available for purchase. Must be 21 years of age or older to attend.
