After several delays, Cleveland & Ash has closed for construction

Cleveland and Ash Roads are closed for road work.  The construction project that will add a new roundabout to the intersection has been pushed back several times already.

Delays in completing necessary utility work has been blamed for the most recent postponement of the project.  Detours are in place for trucks and other drivers:

Truck Detour Route:  Westbound Truck traffic will utilize John Weaver Parkway south to Nappanee Street to McKinley Highway (Old U. S. 20). West on McKinley Highway, then north on S.R. 331.

Eastbound traffic is the exact opposite, leaving Cleveland Road at S.R.331, traveling south to McKinley Highway (Old U.S.20). Then east on McKinley to Nappanee Street, north on Nappanee Street , John Weaver Parkway returning to Cleveland Road ending the detour.

Ash Road:  Detour is as follows: Northbound traffic will detour west (left) at Douglas Road to Beech Road. North (right) on Beech Road to Anderson Road, then east (right) back to Ash Road.

Southbound traffic will leave ash Road at Anderson Road travel west (right) on Anderson to Beech Road. South (left) on Beech Road to Douglas Road. East (left) on Douglas to return to Ash Road.

Cleveland Road:  Eastbound traffic will detour northwest on County Road 10 at Cleveland Road. County Road 10 (right) northwest to Ash Road, north (right) on Ash to Anderson Road. West (left) on Anderson to Beech Road, then south (left) on Beech Road back to Cleveland Road.
