Indiana State Police nabbed two men they say were hauling 35 pounds of marijuana from California.  The bust happened Tuesday morning on the Toll Road near mile marker 114 in LaGrange County.

Around 9:30am, a state trooper pulled over a Penske rental truck for a traffic violation.  The trooper became suspicious during the stop and called in a K-9 team to search the truck.

Police say they found 35 individually wrapped packages of marijuana.  The driver, 60-year-old Robert Baldwin of Santa Rosa, CA, and his passenger, 32-year-old Jon-Michael Debettencourt of Oakland, CA, were arrested.

Baldwin is facing preliminary charges of Dealing in Marijuana, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Paraphernalia.  Debettencourt is facing a preliminary charge of Dealing in Marijuana.

Both are being held in the LaGrange County Jail.
