Blotter: Amanda Johnson, 32 years old, Elkhart, reported she and her juvenile son were battered by a known person at 206 S
9th Street. Neither Johnson nor her child had any visible signs of inury. Both parties were interviewed and a report was taken.

Blotter; Russing Cleavinger 53 YOA of Goshen was arrested at his home after police found he had battered his live in girlfriend .
Mr. Cleavinger was charged with Domestic Battery and incarcerated at the Elkhart County Correctional Facility. Report taken.

Blotter: Matthew Armstrong, 33, Goshen, reported damage to the church bus belonging to First Assembly of God , 1706
Westplains DR. Matthew located four juveniles walking nearby the bus soon after the damage was first observed. The juveniles
admitted to damaging the bus. Arrangements were made to get an estimate for the damage and have the juveniles pay for the
damage in lieu of the juveniles being charged.
