Woman arrested after high speed chase in Kosciusko County

19-year-old Destinee Robinson-Moore is behind bars after leading police on a high speed chase.

Robinson-Moore is charged with resisting police, under age drinking and driving with a suspended license.

Deputies say she was speeding on Winona Avenue early Sunday morning.

She allegedly ignored a stop sign at the intersection of Winona and Zimmer Road.

That's when police say they tried to pull her over but she led them on a short chase.

She ended up going off the road near a building on West Crystal Lake Road.

The Warsaw Police Department, who helped with the chase, says Robinson-Moore hit a county road sign along with a mailbox during the chase.

Robinson-Moore is currently being held on a $2,000 bond in the Kosciusko County Jail.
