Blotter. Kristyn Norton, 42yo of 1613 S. Main St.. Goshen, reported to police her 17 year old son refused to go to bed. Police
arrived and spoke with Norton and her son. The juvenile was charged for being incorrigible and released to his mother at the
scene. A report was taken.
