Blotter: Officers report- Officers were called to an address on E. Lincoln Ave. regarding a man with a gun yelling at a female.

The female was said to have run away to an unknown location. Officers arrived and spoke with the male who had been holding

the gun and the male's female companion. The male was reportedly upset with his dog for damaging his property. The female

was running in an attempt to secure the loose dog. Officers cleared the call with an officers report.
