Blotter: Jay Krauter, 45 years old, 207 S West Street, Milford, was arrested at Wilden and Peddlers Village for Possession of
Methamphetamine during at traffic stop. He was taken to the Elkhart County Jail with no bond.

Blotter: Ronald Hartzler, 51 years of age, White Pigeon, MI. reported finding blood in a parking lot in downtown Goshen. After
some investigating, it was found that previously in the evening, it had been reported by a bartender at the Courthouse Pub that a
male subject had been fighting outside the bar at that same location around 2:30 AM. Officers responding to that call had been
unable to locate anyone. A report was taken.
