consumption of alcoholic beverage and for no operator's license ever obtained after she collided with a sign at the Monroe St.
address. Espinoza was released with a court date.

He described the package as having a battery pack and a blinking red light lying on his desk at his place job at the MSC Industrial Supply distribution center in Elkhart.
