Blotter: Susan Whatley 69 yoa, Goshen reported to Goshen police that the engine of her car was damaged as a result of a
subject pouring a substance other then gas into the gas tank while the vehicle was parked in front of her residence. When she
went to drive the vehicle it quit running and her mechanic is blaming it on the foreign object in the gas. A report was taken by
Goshen Police.

Blotter: Officers were dispatched to Twin Pines for a welfare check on a female who was stating that she wanted to be committed
to a mental health facility. After speaking with the female it was determined that she did not meet the criteria for an immediate
detention. The female did state that she had an upcoming appointment to speak with a therapist about her issues.

found to be the accused Andrew J Mast, 26, 818 s 13th St. Goshen, IN. The accused was arrested for possessing drug
paraphernalia and released with a court date at the scene.
