The woman accused of leaving her baby in a dumpster is sticking with her not guilty plea.

Purvi Patel is charged with neglect of a dependent. Police say she went to the hospital in July and doctors tell them she had just given birth. Eventually officers found the baby in a dumpster behind Moe's Southwest Grill in Granger.

Today, Patel's attorney says he received the autopsy report Wednesday so he needs time preparing his case. The trial is set to begin in the morning on February 10. Her attorney also requested Patel be taken off GPS monitoring. Judge Elizabeth Hurley says she is taking that into consideration.
