The latest time for enrollment is March 31 and Gardetto says there will be penalties if you do not get insured.

"It is definitely a changing time in the health care industry and we want to make sure we're a viable resource in the community," said Gardetto. "We want people to have health insurance because in the long run it's going to help them become a better, healthy person."
