Blotter: Laura Castro, 42 years old, 304 N James Street, Apt 12, Milford, was arrested as a habitual traffic violator (10 year) after
being stopped in the 1000 block of South Main Street. The vehicle that Castro had been driving was stopped for having expired
license plates. Castro was transported to the Elkhart County Jail.
