Blotter: Laura Wiebe-Powell, 55 YOF, called Police to Rogers Park, 102 Chicago Avenue, in reference to a male subject who
appeared to be passed out. Police arrived and located Christian J Gilworth, 25 YOM, who was, very intoxicated, leaning on a
picnic table, urinating, with several subjects less than 100 feet away. Christian was arrested for public nudity and transported to
the Elkhart County Jail where he was incarcerated. A report was taken.
