Blotter: While on patrol officers drove up on a hit and run accident at the intersection of SR 4 (Lincoln Ave) and 6th St that had
just occurred. The subject that caused the accident fled the scene on a red moped. The driver of the moped is described as a
white male wearing a camouflage jacket. The victim is Rivera Rodriguez, 24 yoa, of Goshen. A report was taken.

released with a court date to appear in Goshen City Courts.

was an ex-boyfriend and he left prior to police arrival. The ex-boyfriend was located a little while later and given a trespass
warning for the address.

    D.C. Cook Nuclear Power Plant officials suspect 8,700 gallons of diesel fuel oil was released into the environment early Tuesday morning. In a notification to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, D.C. Cook reported a buried fuel oil storage tank for an Emergency Diesel Generator had 8,700 less gallons than it was measured at less than 24 hours prior.
