was later recovered at 221 Olive St. James Edward, 20 Yoa, 1220 E Reynolds St, was arrested for Criminal Conversion and
released on a Memorandum to appear in the Goshen City Court. A report was taken.

Road. During the stop it was learned Mr. Barnes had been drinking. He tested ,14% BRAC and was arrested for Operating While
Intoxicated - 1st Endangering and ICOAB. He was incarcerated at the Elkhart County Correctional Complex.

subject took off running when approached. Officers located a 15 YOM, in the area of Cottage / Reynolds. The juvenile was asked
what he was doing and said he ran away from home and had cut off his electronic monitor . The juvenile was placed in the care of
the Juvenile Detention Center.
