Race-car driver Robby Gordon owns the first ever Momentum RV

Posted:

Race-car driver Robby Gordon has a sweet new ride and he's the first in the world to get it!

We're talking about his brand new "Momentum RV" from Grand Design in Middlebury.

We where there as he picked it up today!

Gordon will use the state-of-the-art RV to travel to the Dakar Rally in South America.

So number one it needed to be comfortable but it also had to be super functional.

Robby Gordon says, "This is a mentally demanding race and I believe that this unit is going to help me in my mindset, keep my head straight throughout the rally." said Robby Gordon.

"It's not just going to be a beauty piece," said Grand Design RV's Don Clark. "It's going to be his home away from home during the race so this is going to be his camp site and it's going to follow the race from location to location and really get some use."

Grand Design is only a year-old company, so they're thrilled that a big name in racing like Gordon picked their product to travel the world.
