Sims said he believes there is a lack of public trust in South Bend's government. "Enough is enough. Understand the concept of a small handful of cronies padding their pockets, but it could cost us our city," Sims said. He says South Bend needs a Review Board that could hold city agencies accountable, something he thinks isn't happening.More >>
