Cause of commercial fire still unknown

Fire officials are still not sure what caused a commercial fire in South Bend Monday night.

Today the clean up efforts began at the fiberglass factory that was completely destroyed in the blaze.  It all took place a little after 9pm near the intersection of Ireland Road and State Road 23.

No one was injured in the blaze but officials are still planning on reviewing some video evidence.

"The individual that owns the building has a video, we are gonna get a copy of that, he said he has viewed that, the fire seems to have originated there in the corner," says Chief Terry Korpal of Southwest Central Fire Territory.

A rubber factory sits next door, it was not damaged in the fire.
