The Elkhart County Prosecutor's Office says 43-year-old Jeffrey Hill and his son 25-year-old Jeffrey Hunt are facing several charges including felony robbery resulting in serious bodily injury and criminal confinement with a deadly weapon.

Hill is being charged as a habitual criminal offender.

The Elkhart County Sheriff's Department says Hill and Hunt broke into the home of an elderly man on State Road 15 on November 4th.

Deputies say the homeowner was hit with a metal object. He was taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The two are accused of stealing money, guns and electronics.
Hill is scheduled to have his initial hearing on November 21st in the Elkhart Circuit Court. Police are still looking for Hunt.
