BLOTTER: A traffic stop was made in the 2300 BLK Elkhart Rd. for failing to indicate lane change prior to 300 ft. The driver was
found to be the accused Joel R Pedraza, 33, 301 S Riverside Blvd Goshen, IN. The accused was arrested for operating a vehicle
while his drivers' s license was suspended as a Habitual Traffic Violator. The accused was incarcerated a the Elkhart County Jail.

Nature of Call: OFFICER'S REPORT-INTOXICATED SUBJECT
Blotter; Police units were dispatched to 501 E Madison St, Goshen, in reference to a subject who was found in front of the
business lying on the ground. Upon arrival, it was found that the subject was severely intoxicated. He was transported to IU
Goshen by paramedics. The subject was later found to have a valid Goshen Warrant . Once cleared from the hospital, he was
transported to the Elkhart County Jail.

    Yesterday afternoon, a seven year old boy was playing with his six year old friend on the 1000 block of South Ironwood, when an unknown male tried to lure the children to a nearby garage according to the South Bend Police Department.The children refused at which point the man exposed his genitalia. The children ran into a nearby home and the suspect left the area in a direction unknown to police.The man is described as having gray balding hair and wearing light colored shorts.More >>
