Blotter; Salvador Flores, 46Yoa, Goshen, was stopped in the 200 Blk S.8th St, Goshen after committing several traffic infractions.
During the stop Salvador was found to operating a motor vehicle while being intoxicated with a BRAC of .15%. Salvador was
incarcerated in the Elkhart County Jail. A report was taken.
