Police in Kosciusko County are looking for a driver who hit a bicyclist north of Warsaw Monday evening.

Kosciusko County Deputies were called to the scene in the area of 1039 West 300 North, not far from Madison Elementary School, around 9:15 Monday evening. Officers found the bicyclist, 27-year-old Joseph Roose of Wabash, lying in the ditch. Police say he suffered extensive injuries to his left arm and chest pain. Paramedics determined he had a possible collapsed left lung. Roose was taken to a Warsaw hospital, then transported to a Fort Wayne hospital in serious condition.
