On 12-18-13 at 11:52am, Elkhart County Sheriff's Department responded to a tenant complaint of a disturbance at 2801 Toledo
Rd. Police addressed the tenant with apartment maintenance, and manager, Tracy Williams (44), who reported the tenant as
the source of disturbance. Tracy Williams attempted to discuss the disturbance with the tenant , when he became angry at her
for accusing him, and then threatened to kill her if she threatened him. Police had Tracy Williams walk away from the tenant,
and he calmed down. Tracy Williams reported a history of angray outbursts by the tenant when he feels disturbed in or around
his apartment, and he is pending eviction.
