Blotter: Alyssa Nantkes, 23, Goshen, reported her 6yr old daugther whom she has full legal custody of was residing in Goshen
with her father. Alyssa had court documentation stated she was the only person to have custody of child. The child was taken
from the residence and given to her mother. An officers report was completed.

Nature of Call: THEFT // RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY
Blotter; Goshen Units were dispatched to 6 Winchester Trails in reference to a possible theft call. A homeower had observed his
vehicle doors open at which time he also observed four subjects running away from his location. Further investigation by Goshen
Police found that several vehicles in the area had been gone through in addition to having had some items taken belonging to
Fred Curry and also Sean Glasgow from the vehicles. Several subjects were apprehended and arrested during the investigation.
David A. Hawkins, 18Yom of 513 Colorado St. was arrested for theft and possession of marijuana. Kyle Andrews, 18Yom of 610
E. Jefferson St. was arrested for Theft and resisting law enforcement - fleeing. The two 18 year olds were placed in the Elkhart
County Jail. A 15 year old male juvenile was also arrrested for theft and released to a parent.
