On 12/29/2013, around 2:05am Elizabeth Potts, 39, was stopped for traffic violations on CR 14 east of CR 15, she was found to
be intoxicated after she failed field sobriety tests and was found to have a .16 BrAC around 2:56am on a chemical test and was
incarcerated.

side of the roadway. He was unconscious and in the drivers seat with the engine running. Shawn Buchanan standardized failed
field sobriety tests and refused a certified chemical breath test. Shawn Buchanan was booked into the Elkhart County Jail.
