Blotter: Dwayne E Schlabach, 66 YOM, was arrested in the 600 block of N. Main Street, Goshen for operating while intoxicated
and operating a motor vehicle while HTV Life. Dwayne was stopped after disregarding a traffic control device and found to have a
BRAC of 0.19%. Dwayne was taken to the Elkhart County Jail where he was incarcerated. A report was taken.

Blotter: Jorge Baltazar, 22YOA male from 1725 Windsor Lane Goshen, was arrested for domestic battery after officers were
called to the residence for a domestic disturbance and found Marcela Castillo, 23YOA female of the same address, had minor
injury (scratch) to her right knee and complaint of pain. Another subject, a 22YOA male from Syracuse, was also injured and
sustained a dislocated shoulder and shattered scapula. However that subject refused to cooperate at this time. Mr. Baltazar was
jailed for domestic battery.

BLOTTER: A traffic stop was made in the 4000 Blk. Elkhart Rd for failing to indicate a turn prior to 200 ft. The driver of the
vehicle was found to be Austin D Dooley, 20, 1104 Hickory St. Goshen, IN. The passenger was found to be Dominique G
Peterson, 20, 113 S. 28th St. Goshen, IN. Both Austin and Dominique were found to be in possession of Marijuana and drug
paraphernalia and arrested. Both parties were then given a court date and released at the scene.
