Nature of Call: LEAVING THE SCENE OF A PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT
Blotter: Charles Franks 65, of Goshen reported being involved in an auto collision at the intersection of US 33 and CR15, where
the other vehicle involved fled the scene. A report was taken. The case is under investigation.

Blotter: Anna G. Woods, 25YOF, of 17238 County Road 22, Goshen was stopped in the 900 blk. of Lincolnway East for speeding.
During the investigation it was found that Mrs. Woods was operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a Brac of 0.13%. Mrs.
Woods was incarcerated at the Elkhart County Jail.
