Nature of Call: OFFICERS REPORT/POSSIBLE CHINS
Blotter: Two juvenile females reported that they had no place to go . It was later determined that both children were supposed to
be staying with an aunt. They apparently did not wish to and left that residence. Both girls appeared to be in good health. The
mother was contacted and she took custody of her children. The Indiana Department of Child Services was called and made
aware of the incident. A report was also completed.

Blotter: Paul M. Troyer, 33 of 116 N. 7th St, Goshen was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated in the area of
13th and College. Troyer had a B.R.A.C. of .12%. Mr. Troyer was incarcerated into the Elkhart County Jail.
