On 01-28-2014 at approximately 1:54 am, Phillip Vincze, 37, was found to have been making comments about killing himself,
and took an unknown amount of prescription medications at 22030 CR 10 in an attempt to harm himself. Phillip Vincze was
transported to the Elkhart General Hospital for a 24 hour emergency detention and a psychological evaluation.

reported that suspects entered a fenced area and removed two televisions from RVs . He reported that the incident occurred
around 2:40 am on 1-28-2014.

door and wooden frame. Property taken is pending inventory.

Blotter:
On 01-28-2014 at approximately 11:50am Kyle Westlake, 23 reported that he received a check in the mail at his residence,
located at 59364 for tires that he had listed on line for sale. Kyle Westlake listed the selling price of the tires as $200.00 and
received a response from an unknown male that he wanted to purchase the tires. On 01-27-2014 at approximately 3:00pm Kyle
Westlake received a check in the mail for the amount of $1,850.00 and when he contacted the person purchasing the tires he
requested that Kyle Westlake cash the check and then take the remaining $1,650 to a second location for other items that the
male had purchased. Kyle Westlake was suspicious of the request and contacted his bank and they refused to accept the
check.

The other vehicle, described as a tan Chevy Trail Blazer fled the scene of the crash and was last seen traveling north on Ash
Road from the scene of the crash.

The children ran into a nearby home and the suspect left the area in a direction unknown to police.The man is described as having gray balding hair and wearing light colored shorts.More >>
