and agitated. Officers arrived and the subject was subsequently calmed . The patient complied with Oaklawns request, and an
officers report was completed.

Blotter: An elderly male, 67yoa was found lying on a snow bank at the intersection of Main St. and Jefferson St. The elderly male
appeared to be intoxicated and tested with a .27%BAC. Due to the level of BAC and the unknown state of the man's health, he
was transported to IU Goshen Health Hospital for assessment and possible treatment. A report was completed to document the
incident.
