On 02-02-2014 at approximately 12:32am, Sean Drury, 29, was stopped on Emerson Dr, west of SR 19 for a traffic violation.
Sean Drury failed field sobriety tests and had a certified chemical breath test with a result of .23 BRAC. Sean Drury was
incarcerated.

pills of 81mg in an attempt to kill herself. Kellie Morrelli was transported and treated at the Elkhart General Hospital, and a
application for immediate detention of mentally ill and dangerous person was completed.

and he was cited into court for possession of drug paraphernalia.

On 2/2/2014, at approximately 1:09 pm, a death investigation was conducted by the Elkhart County Sheriff 's Department at
67821 CR 7. Wendell Fetters (66) reported his 88 year old mother, Violet Cataldo, was vomiting and having trouble breathing at
12:14 pm and she was pronounced dead upon arrival of the Foraker Fire Department medics. The Elkhart County Coroner's
Office was notified of the investigation.

On 02/03/2014, at approximately 1:19am, a suspect forced entry to an office window on the south side of a business , Capital
Tire Indiana, located at 21303 Protecta Dr. Duncan Macmillan, 69, the manager of Capital Tire Indiana reported that the suspect
removed a security safe from the business, damaged the locking mechanism and stole business paperwork of an unknown
nature. The suspect also forced entry to an office window on the south side of the business , Amsafe, located at 21349 Protecta
Dr. It is unknown if items were stolen from Amsafe at this time.
