Nature of Call: Drug Abuse : Sale / Make Synthetic Narcotics
Blotter:
On 02/16/2014 at approximately 02:27 PM Myron Wilder, 61, reported locating a suspicious bag across from his residence
located at 19091 Tarmen Rd. The bag was found to contain the remnants of a methamphetamine lab. The Indiana State Police
Clandestine Lab team was contacted to properly dispose of the items.

Blotter:
On 02/16/2014 at approximately 04:10 PM, Michael Noaker, 48, was stopped near the intersection of CR 2 and CR 35 for a
seat belt violation. Michael Noaker failed field sobriety tests and submitted to a certified chemical test at 4:57 PM with a result
of .23 BrAC. Michael Noaker was incarcerated at the Elkhart County Correctional Complex for operating while intoxicated.

On 2/16/2014 at 3:18pm Luke Benn (26) was stopped for a traffic violation on Old US 33 west of CR 3. Luke Benn failed
standardized field sobriety tests and was found to be impaired following an evaluation by a drug recognition expert. Luke Benn
was arrested for operating while intoxicated.

On 2/16/2014 at 4:00pm Randall White, 26 was arrested at 28085 CR 16 for felony domestic battery. A female at the
residence reported she was scratched in the face, punched in the back of the head, and her mouth was covered by Randall
White all in the presence of their 11 month old in common child. The female did not require medical attention.

Blotter: On 2/16/2014 at 10:14pm, Brianna Ferro, 18, was working at Signature Lanes, 1180 Fremont Ct, when five unknown
suspects battered Brianna Ferro, after not paying for bowling. Brianna Ferro suffered scratches to her neck, and complained of
head pain. The suspects left without paying for $32.00 worth of bowling and could not be located at the time of the report.
