Blotter: Eligio Gil, 56, Goshen, reported on 02-17-2014, around 2100 hrs he was battered while walking through Rogers Park.
Mr. Gil received a minor laceration to his cheek during the altercation. The suspects are unknown at this time. Mr. Gil did not
require emergency medical care and declined going to the hospital for care. A report was taken.
