drugs in the public bathroom at 58458 SR 19. Robert B. Newcomb, 32, was located and arrested for a valid Ekhart County
Warrant and for possession of a Schedule III Narcotic.

On 02/26/2014, Joseph Bliss, 44, reported a vehicle collision that occurred in the parking lot of 58277 SR 19 in Elkhart, involving
his 2003 Toyota truck and a second unknown vehicle. After the unidentified vehicle collided with the driver's side of the parked
Toyota truck, causing damage, it left the scene without notification. The investigation is ongoing.

On 02/26/2014 around 10:33pm Kimberly Stanton, 48, was stopped for a traffic violation on SR 19 at the CR 4 intersection.
Kimberly Stanton was found to be operating a while intoxicated after failing a three part field sobriety test and having a .09 BrAC
after submitting to a Certified Chemical test at 11:29pm. Kimberly Stanton had a previous conviction for operating while
intoxicated in 2010, she was incarcerated for operating while intoxicated-felony.

On 02-26-2014 at approximately 9:59 pm, the Elkhart County Sheriff's Department investigated a single vehicle crash of a
vehicle into a utility pole in the area of SR 15 north of CR 42. The driver of the vehicle, Aaron J. Cart, 20, was uninjured and
arrested for operating a vehicle while impaired by a drug. Aaron Cart failed standardized field sobriety tests, and submitted to a
Drug Recognition Evaluation and a blood draw. Aaron Cart also submitted to a certified chemical breath test with a result of .00
BrAC at approximately 11:45 pm The Drug Recognition Evaluation indicated that Aaron Cart was under the influence of
synthetic Marijuana / Cannabis. The results of the blood draw are pending.
