Nature of Call: OFFICERS REPORT/DOMESTIC ARGUMENT
Blotter: Officers were called to a welfare check, inside Clover Trails subdivision, regarding a cell phone that had dialed 911.
Officers located a couple who admitted to being involved in verbal argument . The couple reported that their cell phone had dialed
911 on its own. No crime was committed. A report was taken.

Blotter: Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the parking lot of Krogers , 209 Chicago Ave, for a traffic violation. During
the investigation of the traffic stop the vehicle was found to be stolen from Chicago PD . The vehicle was impounded, and
Chicago PD was notified. An officers report was completed.

Nature of Call: OPERATING WHILE INTOXICATED
BLOTTER: A traffic stop was made on CR 17 and Peddlers Village Road for failing to indicate a lane change prior to 200 ft. The
driver was found to be the accused Matthew A Clauss, 45, 1319 Sweet Clover Drive Goshen, Indiana. The accused was found to
be intoxicated with a BRAC of .13% and he was incarcerated at the Elkhart County Jail.

Blotter: Nohelia Gonzalez, 41 years of age, 107 Vinson Court, Goshen was stopped at 7th St. and Middlebury St for speeding.
During the investigation Nohelia was found to be operating a vehicle as a habitual traffic violator . Nohelia was arrested and
transported to the Elkhart County jail.
