Home invasion and felony murder suspect's trial pushed to June

One of the three suspects accused of a home invasion gone wrong that ended in the death of one of the robbers won't be in court until at least the end of June.

Mario McGrew's trial had been scheduled for March 24.  It is now pushed back to June 30.

McGrew and two other suspects, De'Andre Moore and Shawn Alexander, are accused of breaking into a home on the 18000 block of Warrick St. in South Bend back in October of last year.  During the robbery one robber was killed and the homeowner was critically injured.  McGrew was also allegedly injured during the robbery.

McGrew is charged with burglary and felony burglary.  Moore is scheduled to appear in court on April 28.  He is charged with burglary, felony murder, and robbery.  Alexander's trial is set for April 21.  He is charged with Burglary, Felony Murder, and Robbery.
