Nature of Call: OFFICERS REPORT/ FOUND WALLET
Blotter: An officer with the Goshen Police Department was advised of a wallet on the ground at 1013 N Main Street. The wallet
contained several cards identifying the owner but attempts to contact her were unsuccessful. A report was taken and the wallet
was placed in the lost and found.

Nature of Call: OFFICERS REPORT/WELFARE CHECK
Blotter: Goshen medics and police were sent to 311 E. Madison Street regarding an unresponsive juvenile female. Medics and
officers found a 16 year old female unconscious from an apparent asthma attack. The female was transported to I.U. Health
Goshen Hospital for treatment. A report was taken.

Nature of Call: THEFT
Blotter: Karen Crawley, 55 yoa of Elkhart, reported her purse was possibly stolen from Meijer, 4522 Elkhart Rd. She reported that
she believed she left her purse either in a shopping cart or on her vehicle. Karen reported she returned to the store and
searched the cart areas and checked with Meijer employees but the purse was not located. A report was done.

Nature of Call: BURGLARY: FORCED ENTRY
Blotter: An employee of Lippert Components reported a burglary occurred at 2600 College Avenue during the overnight hours.
The suspect(s) forced entry before smashing and stealing money from several vending machines belonging to AVI Food
Systems. The suspect(s) also stole a number of tools belonging to Preferred Incorporated, a company currently working on a
renovation of the building. A report was taken.

Blotter: Jaime Shreiner, 37 years old, Goshen, reported several fraudulent charges were made on her debit card. Shreiner
believes the suspect(s) picked up her wallet which she left in a shopping cart at the Wal Mart Supercenter on Lincolnway East . A
report was taken.

Blotter: Samantha Meade, 23 years of age, Goshen, reported a verbal argument with her boyfriend. Officers learned that no

Nature of Call: THEFT
Blotter: Derrick Smith, 57, 720 1/2 W. Pike St., Goshen, and Avangela Jones, 44, 606 River Ave. apt. 4, Goshen, were arrested
for theft after they left Meijer store with $630.00 of unpaid colognes/perfumes. They were both incarcerated at ECSD Jail. Smith
was also arrested for driving with a prior license suspension. A report was taken.

Blotter: Goshen police officers were dispatched to Dots, 4024 Elkhart Rd, in reference to a welfare check. An unknown female
requested assistance from police and then hung up the phone. Police attempted to contact the unknown female back several
times and was unsuccessful. Police attempted to locate the female and were unsuccessful. A report was taken.

Nature of Call: POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA
Blotter; Maurice Peoples, 22 years old, of 320 North Street Apt 1 in Plymouth was arrested for misdemeanor possession of
marijuana after a traffic stop was conducted on Main Street near Monroe Street for a traffic violation . Maurice Peoples was
released on scene with a memorandum to appear in Goshen City Court.

of Marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The accused was given a citation with a court date and released.
