Nature of Call: CHILD IN NEED OF SERVICES
Blotter: An employee of Brookside Manor called police regarding a small child that was found walking with no socks or coat. The
parents were located and the child returned. The child was found to be in good health and it was determined that the child got
out of the residence while a parent was in the bathroom. DCS was contacted and a report was taken documenting the incident.

Blotter: Kathy Andrews, 56 year old female of Elkhart, reported her vehicle being hit by another vehicle while parked at Chilis Bar
and Grill, 4018 Elkhart Rd, Goshen. A report was taken.

Nature of Call: BATTERY
Blotter; Officers were dispatched to 1613 South Main Street reference a battery with weapons. The victim, James D Stratman,
had a small laceration under his left arm from a small kitchen knife used by the suspect during the altercation. A 17 year old male
was arrested for battery and criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon. The 17 year old male was later transported to the
Juvenile Detention Center in Goshen.

Blotter: Wilbur J. Allen, 87, Goshen, reported receiving a call advising that he had won a large sum of money. The caller was
requesting that Mr Allen place money on a prepaid debit card to obtain his winnings . Mr Allen recognized the call as a scam and
notified the police.
