Blotter: Police and paramedics responded to 1735 Lincolnway East for the report of a 95 year old male that was unconscious
and not breathing. The male was determined by paramedics to be deceased. The male was identified as Thomas Clark. A
report was taken.

Blotter: A 16 year old male juvenile was arrested for auto theft, possession of marijuana, and driving without a license that had
been suspended for misdemeanor reasons at the intersection of Beaver and Roc Lane after he was found driving a vehicle that
had just been reported as stolen in Goshen. The juvenile was released to his parents on a promise to appear in Juvenile Court.

Nature of Call: OFFICERS REPORT/ANIMAL BITE
Blotter: Officers were dispatched to IU Goshen Health, 200 W High Park Ave, in reference to an animal bite that occured in the
city of Goshen. Officers arrived and spoke with Jeanie Petry. She stated that her juvenile daughter was bitten by their pet rabbit.
No stitches were required for the small laceration. An animal bite report was completed.

Blotter: Arienne Garcia, 35 years of age, Goshen, reported to police she heard someone outside her residence and located a
footprint outside her front door. Officers arrived within one minute of the call. The area was searched but no one was located. A
footprint was located but it did not appear to be a fresh print. A report was taken.

BLOTTER: A traffic stop was made on 1St. at Oakridge for a vehicle traveling left of center. The driver was found to be the
accused, Michael D Kesling, 54, 420 Queen St. Goshen, Indiana. The accused was found be intoxicated with a BRAC of .13%
and his drivers license had a status of suspended prior. The accused was incarcerated at the Elkhart County Jail for both
offenses.
