for traffic violations. She failed field sobriety tests, and a certified chemical test, which showed her to have a BrAC of . 11 at
02:13 am. She was also found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. She was incarcerated.

found to be operating while intoxicated after failing a three part field sobriety test and having a .10BrAC after submitting to a
Certified Chemical test at 1:11am. Lonnie Allen had a previous conviction for operating while intoxicated within the last five
years. Lonnie Allen was incarcerated at the Elkhart Count Jail for operating while intoxicated with a prior conviction .

Blotter:
Between 03-26-2014 at around 5:00 pm and approximately 2:38 am on 03-27-2014 an unknown person broke a window on
the front side of Millennium Custom Painting at 55775 Holiday Pl in an attempt to burglarize the building. There was no
evidence found that the suspect made it farther inside than just inside the broken window. There was nothing found to be
missing at the initial investigation.

intersection of CR 6 and CR 11. Steven Smith fled the scene but was later located. It was found that the Mercury Mountaineer
was also displaying a stolen license plate. Steven Smith was incarcerated at the Elkhart County Jail.
