A South Bend woman has been arrested in connection with the triple shooting from earlier this week that killed one person and injured two more.

Police say Joilise Crossley is charged with one count of voluntary manslaughter and two counts of criminal recklessness.  On Wednesday night, 21-year-old Tyrone Kelly was shot and killed on the 1800 block of North Johnson Street.  Two other people, 22-year-old David Cross and 38-year-old Jerry Wright, were injured in the shooting.

South Bend Police say that following an investigation into the shooting, they believe Crossley and Kelly got into a fight Wednesday night.  Witnesses told police that Kelly "took a swing" at Crossley but missed, and then Crossley pulled out a semi-automatic handgun and started shooting.

Police say Cross and Wright were present during the fight, and were inadvertently hit in the shooting.
