Blotter: Stan L. Kennedy, 54 years old, 705 W 590 S, Wolcottville, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana on Sunday April 6th,
2014 at 1:17pm. He was stopped for an equipment violation and during the course of the traffic stop he was found to be in
possession of marijuana. He was cited and released at the scene with a promise to appear in Goshen City Court.
