Moore sentenced to 120 years in prison for Saleh's Market shooting

Kevin Moore, 29, was sentenced to 120 years in prison Thursday for his role in last September's fatal shooting at Saleh's Market in Elkhart.

Moore pleaded guilty in January to charges of murder for the shooting deaths of the owner and an employee of Saleh's Market. The incident took place on September 5 of last year when a robbery attempt ended in 55-year-old Jagtar Bhatti and 20-year-old Pawan Singh being shot to death.

Moore received 60 years each for two counts of felony murder. The sentences are to be served consecutively.

Twenty-two-year-old Richard Gross, Moore's accomplice in the shooting, pleaded guilty to murder charges in December. Gross is currently scheduled to be sentenced in May.
