Nature of Call: CRIMINAL RECKLESSNESS
Blotter: Police responded to a report of a domestic argument at 302 Queen St. It was learned that an 8 year old male, who was
sitting in a parked vehicle, was injured by pieces of window glass when one of the persons involved in the incident broke the glass
out of the vehicle the child was sitting in. The child was treated at IU Health, Goshen Hospital, for small minor facial lacerations.
No stiches were required. The male half of the argument left prior to police arrival. DCS was contacted and a report was taken.

Recklessness, Reckless Driving, and violation of license restriction. James Bailey, 22 YOM, 401 E. Lincoln Avenue, was arrested
for a Goshen City Warrant. Alexis, Justin, and James were transported to the Elkhart County Jail where they were incarcerated. A
report was taken.
