BLOTTER: James R. Reed of Goshen was riding his scooter north on LWE when he ran off the east side of the road and struck a
tree in the front yard of 1418 LWE. James complained of pain and was transported to IU Health Goshen Hospital by ambulance
for treatment. No further information.
