Blotter: Goshen Police and Medics responded to an address on Georgia Road for what was determined to be a domestic
argument. The couple involved calmed down and had arrangements to separate for the rest of the day. A report was taken.

Nature of Call: OFFICERS REPORT/72HR EMERGENCY DETENTION
Blotter: Officers and medics were called to 122 Crescent St Apt A, in reference to a subject that took an unknown amount of
prescription medication attempting to harm himself. Officers and medics arrived, and the subject was subsequently transported
to IU Goshen Health, 200 W High Park. A 72hr emergency detention was completed, and an officers report was completed.

Nature of Call: OFFICERS REPORT/DEATH INVESTIGATION
Blotter: Police were called to 1728 Manor Haus Ct in reference to a welfare check on a 30 year old female. Upon arrival Police
were let into the apartment and the female was located. The female was unresponsive and Medics were called. Medics
confirmed the subject was deceased. Elkhart County Coroner was contacted and the cause of death is pending. The name is not
being released pending notification of family members. A report was taken.

BLOTTER: A traffic stop was made in the 1800 block S. Main St. for a vehicle not havening the license plate light working. The
driver was found to be the accused Steven D. Mcdonald, 54, 421 S. Columbia St. Warsaw, Indiana. The accused was found to be
in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The accused was arrested and released with a court date in June.

BLOTTER: Jerry Spears, 26 YOA, Goshen, was arrested for criminal trespass at Kroger Super Market. Jerry had been issued a
no trespass warning from Kroger the night prior to his arrest. Jerry was transported to the Elkhart County Jail and incarcerated.
