Nature of Call: DOMESTIC BATTERY IN PRESENCE OF A MINOR
Blotter: Keith L. Barhams, 40 1825 Berkey Ave. Goshen, was arrested on the charge of Domestic Battery in the presence of a
child, a Felony. He was taken to and lodged at the Elkhart County Correctional Complex.

Blotter: Loss Prevention officer Samantha Purk of the Meijer Store located at 4522 Elkhart Rd. reported having a female juvenile
in custody on the charge of theft. The juvenile was arrested then released to her sister. A report was taken.

Blotter: Amber Castro, 23 YOF, 304 N. James Street, Milford and Jessica Nunez, 32 YOF, 1009 W. Clinton Street, Goshen, were
arrested in the 100 block of S. Main Street for Disorderly Conduct. Police were called to the area in reference to a verbal
argument that was taking place and upon arrival observed both subjects in a physical altercation. Both subjects refused medical
treatment and were taken the Elkhart County Jail where they were incarcerated. A report was taken.

Blotter: Goshen Police responded to a fight call at 1313 S 9th St. with possible weapons. No weapons were found and there
was no physical fight going on when officers arrived. Ronnie Seward, 24, Goshen, and Isaiah Donaldson, 28, Goshen, claim
that they were spat on by each other. A Battery report was taken.

Blotter: A traffic stop was made in the 3000 Block Elkhart Road for a traffic violation. The driver was found to be the accused
William J. Rose, 25,721 North 7th Street Goshen, Indiana. The accused was found to be intoxicated with a BRAC of .09% and
incarcerated at the Elkhart County Jail.
