Blotter: Officers were called to the 200 block of N. 8th Street regarding an incoherent female subject that had been seen
wandering in the area. Officers located the subject near the intersection for Crescent and Cross Streets . Goshen Fire Department
medics were called, and the subject was transported to IU Goshen Hospital. A report was taken.
